Fusion 360 Design & CNC Manufacturing

We model your part in Fusion 360 and take it straight to the machine - one clean, connected workflow.

Furniture Components

Precision-cut panels, frames and fittings for custom furniture builds and cabinet makers.

Decorative Panels

Intricate routed patterns, signage and feature panels with crisp, repeatable detail.

One-Off & Production Runs

A single bespoke piece or a full production batch - the same accuracy on every run.

Prototype Development

Turn a concept into a physical, testable prototype so you can refine before you commit.

Concept to Completion

Design, toolpathing, routing, finishing and delivery handled end to end.

Materials We Cut

Three materials, cut clean every time.

Each material behaves differently under the cutter. We match the toolpath, feed rate and finish to the sheet so your parts come out sharp, square and ready to use.

MDF sheet ready for CNC routing

MDF

Dense and smooth - ideal for painted finishes, furniture components and detailed decorative routing.

Chipboard sheet ready for CNC routing

Chipboard

A cost-effective board for cabinet carcasses, shelving and structural furniture parts.

Acrylic Sheets sheet ready for CNC routing

Acrylic Sheets

Clean edges and crisp cut-outs for signage, displays and modern decorative panels.

Frequently Asked

Answers before you send a file.

The questions we hear most often about lead times, files, sheet sizes, delivery and pricing. Still unsure? Send your details and we will confirm everything for your job.

Request a Quote
How long will my order take?

Small routing jobs and standard components usually ship in 3 to 7 business days once the design is confirmed. Larger production runs, made-to-order pieces and extra finishing add time, so every quote includes a realistic lead time for your specific job. If you are working to a deadline, tell us the date up front and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We are happy to cut a single bespoke piece or a full batch of identical parts. Setup is planned so the same accuracy holds from the first cut to the last, whether you order one component or two hundred.

What file formats can I send?

We work from Fusion 360 models, DXF, DWG, STEP and IGES files, or a PDF technical drawing. If you only have a sketch or a photo, that is fine too - send it with the key dimensions and we will confirm the details with you. Attach your files directly on the quote form, or paste a link if a file is very large.

What sheet sizes can you cut?

We cut standard sheet sizes such as 2750 x 1830 mm MDF and chipboard, and 2440 x 1220 mm acrylic, and we nest smaller parts across the sheet to reduce waste. Tell us the largest part dimension you need and we will confirm the best sheet and layout for your job.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Finished parts are cleaned, packed and ready to assemble or install, and can be collected from the workshop or delivered locally. Nationwide courier delivery is available on request - mention your location when you ask for a quote and we will include delivery in the price.

How is pricing calculated?

Price depends on the material, sheet thickness, part size, quantity and how detailed the routing is. There is no fixed price list because every job is different. Send your sizes, material and quantity through the quote form and we will come back with a clear price and lead time.
